Qualities of a good teacher: Every teacher wants to become a good teacher.  The question arises here what makes a good teacher? The teacher plays multiple roles in the classroom such as observer, listener, planner, communicator, collaborator, interpreter, provoker, researcher, instructor, facilitator, and learning partner.

 An effective teacher has the ability to organize the quality content for the lesson. He makes the lesson plans according to the needs and levels of students and must have a strong understanding of the material which being taught in the classroom.
